Who you are

You have experience in payroll operations and are excited about managing payroll processes across multiple countries. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy and compliance, and you thrive in an employee-centric environment. You possess strong critical thinking skills and can work effectively as part of a team, fostering support and growth among team members. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, or German is advantageous. Experience in the Tech or SAAS sector is beneficial but not essential.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the Senior Payroll Manager based in Paris and play a crucial part in supporting international payroll operations. You will transmit variable information to payroll providers for the preparation of payslips and control the accuracy of these payslips. You will also contribute to ongoing projects such as opening new entities, automation, and improving payroll processes and efficiencies. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations and compliance with local regulations.
