What you'll do

As the Product Lead for Healthcare at Anthropic, you will own the healthcare strategy end-to-end, acting as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the plan, priorities, and results. You will work closely with product, engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to build AI products that address high-value workflows in the healthcare sector. Your role will involve setting the vision for healthcare products, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving execution to bring these products to market.

You will be responsible for identifying key opportunities within the healthcare landscape where AI can make a significant impact. This includes conducting market research, engaging with stakeholders, and iterating on product features based on user feedback. You will also lead efforts to ensure that the products developed are reliable, interpretable, and steerable, aligning with Anthropic's mission to create beneficial AI systems.
