You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector, with at least 5 years of experience leading sales teams. Your leadership style emphasizes coaching and development, enabling your team to excel in complex sales environments. You understand the intricacies of the healthcare industry and are adept at navigating the challenges of selling AI solutions to large organizations. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to drive disciplined pipeline management and forecasting practices effectively. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform industries, particularly in healthcare.
Desirable
Experience in AI or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with the regulatory landscape of the healthcare industry. You have a network of contacts within healthcare organizations that can help accelerate sales efforts. What you'll do
