What you'll do

As a Product Operations Manager at Anthropic, you will work directly with our Product and Engineering teams to build, launch, and improve cutting-edge AI products. You will connect strategy to execution by creating alignment across the company, ensuring that product teams are equipped to deliver on their goals. Your role will involve identifying bottlenecks in workflows and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure that our products meet user needs and leverage the capabilities of our frontier models. Your hands-on approach will help drive the operationalization of our product initiatives, making a significant impact on our growth and success.
