Desirable

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math is preferred, but equivalent technical experience will also be considered. Familiarity with generative AI products is a plus, as is experience in a role that required you to optimize product development processes. Your ability to think strategically while executing tactically will be crucial in this role.

What you'll do

As the founding Product Operations Manager at Decagon, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing the product operations function from the ground up. You will work closely with the Product and Design teams to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and ensure that product development aligns with strategic objectives. Your role will involve driving the pace of execution and fostering a culture of operational excellence within the organization. You will partner with engineering and design teams to ensure that the platform is robust, scalable, and user-friendly. Additionally, you will analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices across the product lifecycle. Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience, helping Decagon redefine how brands engage with their users through conversational AI.
