What you'll do

As the founding leader of the Applied AI Solutions Architecture team in Korea, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Anthropic's AI products across various enterprises. You will lead the team in deploying solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring high standards of reliability and safety. Your role involves collaborating with global and local Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI systems into client products and platforms. You will establish a strong presence in the market, representing Anthropic as a technical lead on key partnerships and initiatives.

You will oversee the development of the Korea Applied AI team, guiding Solutions Architects, Product Engineers, and Finetuning Engineers in their roles. Your leadership will focus on building a high-performing team that excels in delivering AI solutions tailored to the unique challenges faced by Korean enterprises. You will also be responsible for creating a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and innovation among team members.
