What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at AppDirect, you will lead a team of 6-9 developers, collaborating closely with a dedicated Product Manager and UX support to build, enhance, and maintain existing software applications. You will drive velocity improvements through exceptional processes, architecture, and tooling, ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will support the planning of cross-team initiatives, feedback cycles, Demo Days, and Hackathons, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Your role will involve working closely with design, product, and development teams across the company to build new features and enhance existing ones. You will be responsible for providing strong architectural guidance to your team, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for AI-driven tools and process improvements, ensuring that your team is always looking for ways to enhance their work and deliver value to the organization.
