Who you are

You have a solid background in technical account management, ideally with experience in cloud services and Microsoft products. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and French allows you to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams across North America and beyond. You are comfortable working with IT professionals and understand their needs, enabling you to provide tailored solutions that drive success. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote collaboration with in-person engagement when necessary. Your technical acumen is complemented by strong commercial awareness, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business objectives.

Desirable

Experience with AppDirect's platform or similar subscription-based services would be a plus. Familiarity with cybersecurity and productivity solutions is also advantageous, as you will be guiding partners in these areas. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping others succeed will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at AppDirect, you will be the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring they receive the support they need to leverage our platform effectively. You will work closely with the ITCloud team to deliver training and resources that empower partners to sell Microsoft solutions. Your role involves understanding partner requirements and translating them into actionable strategies that enhance their business operations. You will also monitor partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their use of our services.

Collaboration is key in this position; you will engage with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align on partner needs and drive initiatives that foster growth. You will participate in regular meetings with partners to review their progress, address any challenges, and celebrate successes. Your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial in ensuring partner satisfaction and loyalty.
