What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing a new professional development program for consultants at Appian. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to identify key areas for development and create tailored training and support initiatives. You will guide consultants in their career paths, helping them to set and achieve professional goals while ensuring that their development aligns with the overall objectives of the organization. You will also be involved in evaluating the effectiveness of development programs and making necessary adjustments to enhance their impact.
You will foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, encouraging consultants to take ownership of their professional growth. You will facilitate regular check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure that consultants feel supported and empowered in their roles. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership to align talent strategies with the broader goals of the organization, ensuring that the development initiatives contribute to the success of the Customer Success team.
