What you'll do
In this newly created role, you will develop and implement frameworks, processes, and documentation to support the professional development of consultants within the Customer Success team. You will work closely with team members to identify their development needs and create tailored programs that foster growth and operational excellence. Your role will involve regular interactions with consultants to provide guidance and support, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed in their roles. You will also collaborate with leadership to align talent strategies with the broader organizational goals, making a meaningful impact on the careers of your colleagues.
