Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers will be key to your success in this position.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first responder for alerts generated by Appian's monitoring systems, ensuring that any issues are triaged and resolved promptly. You will collaborate closely with engineers to troubleshoot complex system and customer issues, providing direct technical support to customers as needed. Your responsibilities will include following established runbooks and procedures while also using your technical skills to address unique challenges that arise during your shift.

You will work during the night shift, from 5pm EST to 2am or 1am EST to 10am EST, contributing to the stability of Appian's cloud platform for global customers. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards that Appian sets for its services, and you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the customer experience.
