What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with customers post-sales to develop custom software solutions on the Appian platform. You will work throughout the entire project life-cycle, from defining and designing to developing and implementing software applications that drive digital transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client business processes and technical needs, ensuring that the solutions you deliver align with their strategic goals. You will lead a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute their ideas and expertise. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior consultants, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure that the solutions you develop are not only technically sound but also meet the needs of the business. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the solutions being developed. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and consulting practices, continuously seeking ways to improve your skills and the services offered by your team.
