Who you are
You are a quick learner who loves to pick up new tools and software for reporting and analysis. Your organized and detail-oriented nature allows you to focus on the task at hand, even in chaotic situations. As a creative problem solver, you are self-motivated and driven, with a logical mindset supported by a solid statistical background. You thrive in team environments, collaborating effectively with sales, account, and campaign teams to strategize and optimize campaigns.
Desirable
Exposure to online ad serving concepts such as CPM, CPA, RTB, and ROI is a plus, as is familiarity with video, mobile, and social media advertising. You possess business-level fluency in English, with qualifications such as TOEIC 750+, GEPT High-Intermediate level, TOEFL 90+, or IELTS 6.5+.
What you'll do
In your role as a Campaign Analyst, you will execute and maintain ad campaigns using Appier's proprietary products. You will plan and manage multinational advertising campaigns, formulating localized advertising strategies tailored to different markets. Analyzing data and performance metrics will be crucial as you work to optimize campaigns to meet client KPIs. You will collaborate with sales managers, account managers, and product managers on various optimization-related projects, adjusting and improving the effectiveness of AI models to enhance overall system performance. Additionally, you will provide historical data and performance estimations to support the business development team and assist in developing new customer relationships.
