What you'll do

In this role, you will support the execution of investments and M&A transactions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential investment opportunities, providing regular strategic insights to the team. You will build and maintain financial models for investment targets, performing valuation analyses to support decision-making. Additionally, you will assist in the due diligence process, preparing internal investment memos and presentations for senior leadership. Your role will involve liaising with external advisors during deal execution, ensuring that all aspects of the transactions are managed effectively.
