What you'll do

In this role, you will develop a fundamental understanding of the inflation market and its main products, including cash and derivative instruments. You will use qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify potential trading opportunities and assess the risk of existing strategies. This involves the development and maintenance of spreadsheets that drive investment decisions. You will support the team’s research process, which includes data collection and analysis, prototyping, back testing, and performance monitoring. Communicating opportunities to the Investment and Leadership teams will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on investment strategies. You will collaborate closely with portfolio managers, providing them with the analytical support they need to make informed decisions. Your role will also involve staying updated on market trends and economic indicators that impact inflation, allowing you to contribute valuable insights to the team.
