Job Description
Who you are
You have a BS and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in analog and mixed signal verification. You are enthusiastic about finding bugs and enjoy collaborating with a creative team to craft test plans that enable production-quality first silicon. Your experience includes verifying mixed signal IC designs using a combination of analog circuits and RTL in the same simulation. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the verification of state-of-the-art mixed-signal systems used in Apple's world-leading products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality silicon for IC chips and IPs. Your daily work will involve all phases of pre-silicon verification, starting from early discussions with architects, reviewing specifications, and writing verification plans. You will run simulations, triage issues, and review results with the team. You will develop detailed test and coverage plans based on IC specifications and complete verification plans from beginning to end, including test bench and environment bring-up, regressions, failure debug, and tape-out. You will also develop a verification methodology suitable for the IP, ensuring scalability and portability, and create a verification environment that includes stimuli, checkers, assertions, trackers, and coverage. Finally, you will sign off on mixed signal designs in preparation for tapeout.
What we offer
