What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in applying and improving data and model training pipelines that allow for rapid expansion into supporting new languages. You will work closely with a motivated team responsible for managing data acquisition projects and training neural machine translation models. Your contributions will help establish unprecedented translation quality in all of Apple's machine translation products, including the Translate App and system-wide translation features.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the translation models are not only high-quality but also scalable and maintainable. Your role will involve driving evaluation criteria that help assess the performance of translation models, ensuring they meet the high standards expected by Apple users. You will also be involved in the deployment of these models across various Apple platforms, enhancing user experience and accessibility.
