What you'll do
In this deeply analytical role, you will be responsible for driving the success of the Reseller Operations team. You will work closely with internal teams to enhance Reseller Channel partner sell-through, leveraging expert data analytics and relationship management. Your responsibilities will include monitoring key metrics and business performance through Ops data sets, defining assignable actions based on your insights. You will also drive a management system to support forecasting and order book insights, ensuring that demand planning is both effective and efficient. Additionally, you will undertake meaningful qualitative feedback on performance and velocity, challenging and influencing operational stakeholders across the organization. Managing the validation and publication of weekly shipment plans will also be a key part of your role.
