What you'll do
As a Community Specialist at Apple, you will be responsible for representing the brand within multiple partner stores, helping customers develop relationships with Apple products. You will engage directly with customers, selling products and creating new owners of Apple technology. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive sales and influence the customer experience positively. You will conduct small in-store trainings and demonstrations, sharing the latest promotions and encouraging the adoption of the Apple platform. Additionally, you will distill key insights from your store visits and provide feedback to other Apple teams to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
