What you'll do

As a Community Specialist at Apple, you will represent the brand in multiple partner stores, helping customers develop strong relationships with Apple products. Your role will involve selling directly to customers and working closely with partner resellers to create new owners of Apple products. You will be responsible for delivering training and demonstrations that enhance customer knowledge and excitement about Apple. Your success will be measured by your ability to influence the customer experience positively and uphold Apple's brand standards.
