Who you are
You have 8+ years of experience in various aspects of SAP Security, both from a technical and business process perspective — you understand the complexities of compliance and have a strong grasp of internal controls and policies. Your background includes significant experience in SOX testing, ensuring that processes are audit-ready and compliant with regulations such as PCI and GDPR.
You are a forward-thinking individual with strong leadership capabilities — your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams allows you to facilitate discussions and document opportunities for enhancement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside Information Security, Internal Audit, Compliance, Engineering, and Project teams to strengthen security procedures.
What you'll do
As the Senior SAP Security Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that the SAP environment complies with internal controls and policies. You will partner with application owners to facilitate technical designs and provide recommendations for enhancements. Your role will involve conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations, preparing for audit readiness, and documenting findings.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in SAP security procedures — your insights will help shape the security landscape within the organization. You will also be involved in training and mentoring team members on compliance best practices, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.
