You have a strong background in security compliance, particularly with HIPAA regulations, and have spent several years developing compliance programs that align with business objectives. Your experience includes acting as a trusted advisor to technical teams, ensuring that security measures are integrated into product development from the outset. You understand the importance of fostering a culture of 'Security by Design' and are passionate about maturing compliance postures within organizations. You are adept at navigating complex regulatory environments and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee Twilio's HIPAA Security Compliance program, ensuring that both existing products and new innovations meet stringent security standards. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate compliance requirements into the development lifecycle, acting as a key strategist in the organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, developing compliance policies, and providing training to staff on security best practices.
