You have at least 2 years of experience in a related field, showcasing your ability to help customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives. Your curiosity for continuous learning drives you to share knowledge with others, and you possess outstanding customer focus and excellent communication skills. You excel at building solid relationships and have the ability to educate and inspire others, making you a perfect fit for this role.
What you'll do
As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with the partnerβs staff and influencing their advocacy for Apple products. You will help drive product knowledge, brand awareness, and sales success by providing excellent customer service and conducting product demonstrations to customers. Additionally, you will train partner staff while ensuring all merchandising standards are met. Your work schedule will be based on business needs, requiring you to work 39 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
