What you'll do

As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. You will showcase your knowledge of Apple products to customers, helping them understand the benefits and features that make Apple unique. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, providing excellent customer service, and training partner staff to ensure they are well-informed about Apple offerings. You will work closely with the partner's staff to build strong relationships that drive product knowledge and brand awareness, ultimately contributing to sales success.
