You have 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success or a similar role, demonstrating a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Your innovative and creative mindset allows you to adapt easily to change, and you possess a genuine curiosity about your customers' businesses. You are goal-oriented and have a value-added mindset, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention throughout the customer journey.

You understand the importance of being a trusted adviser to your customers, helping them navigate and utilize all entitled features and services effectively. Your dedication to customer success is evident in your proactive approach to onboarding, mentorship, and advocacy, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from Apple’s platforms and products.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Apple, you will focus on B2B, Fortune 1000 customers, ensuring they have a best-in-class experience with AppleCare. You will facilitate deep usage of Apple’s platforms, products, and subscription services, helping to build long-lasting customer relationships. Your role will involve onboarding new customers, mentoring them on best practices, and advocating for their needs within the organization.

You will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and help them leverage Apple’s offerings to achieve their goals.
