Who you are
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as math, statistics, engineering, information management, or computer science. With over 3 years of extensive experience in SQL, you are well-versed in data analytics and statistical methods. Your expertise in visualization techniques and software, such as Tableau, allows you to present complex data in an understandable manner. You thrive in collaborative environments, building relationships with business partners and serving as a technical point of contact. Your analytical mindset enables you to support the discovery of business problems and develop impactful solutions.
What you'll do
As a Data Analyst on Apple's Strategic Data Solutions team, you will apply statistical methods and mathematical modeling to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across finance, operations, engineering, and legal to deliver data-driven insights that drive measurable results. Your responsibilities will include performing data discovery, creating proof of concepts, and conducting both ad-hoc and recurring statistical analyses. You will work closely with data warehouse architects and software developers to enhance business intelligence solutions for partner teams. Presenting the results of your analyses to business units and senior leadership will be a key part of your role, ensuring that your insights lead to strategic decision-making.
