What you'll do

In this role, you will design and analyze human evaluations of AI systems to create reliable annotation frameworks — your work will ensure the validity and reliability of measurements of latent constructs. You will develop and refine benchmarks and evaluation protocols, utilizing statistical modeling and test theory to capture model performance across diverse contexts and user needs.

You will conduct statistical analysis of evaluation data to extract meaningful insights and drive design decisions with stakeholders. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and trustworthiness of customer-facing health products, making your role crucial in supporting users in living their healthiest, happiest lives.
