You are an experienced Design Verification Engineer with a strong background in pre-silicon verification methodologies. You thrive on challenges and have a mindset geared towards breaking designs to ensure robustness and functionality. Your ability to develop detailed test and coverage plans based on micro-architecture is essential for success in this role. You are familiar with establishing DV methodologies and have experience in test-plan development, verification environment development, and debugging. You understand the importance of producing fully functional first silicon and are committed to delivering high-quality results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for all phases of pre-silicon verification, including establishing DV methodology and developing test plans. You will create a verification environment that includes stimulus, checkers, and assertions, ensuring a scalable and portable setup. Your responsibilities will also include executing verification plans, conducting design bring-up, and enabling regression features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the verification process is efficient and effective, ultimately leading to the successful tape-out of designs. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of Apple’s upcoming products, making this a critical role within the organization.
