Who you are
You have a strong background in design verification engineering, with experience in pre-silicon verification methodologies. You are skilled in developing detailed test and coverage plans based on micro-architecture, ensuring that the designs meet the required specifications. Your mindset is geared towards breaking designs to ensure robustness, and you thrive on solving complex challenges that have not been addressed before.
You possess a deep understanding of verification environments, including the development of stimulus, checkers, assertions, and trackers. Your experience includes executing verification plans and debugging test failures, which allows you to contribute effectively to the team. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for crafting high-quality products that enhance user experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for all phases of pre-silicon verification, including establishing DV methodology and developing test plans. You will create a verification environment that is scalable and portable, ensuring that it meets the needs of the IP designs. Your responsibilities will include writing tests, debugging issues, and ensuring coverage and sign-off for RTL freeze and tape-out.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the verification processes align with the overall product development goals. Your role will involve developing verification plans for all features under your care and executing these plans effectively. You will also be involved in design bring-up and regression enabling features, ensuring that the verification environment is robust and efficient.
