You have hands-on experience in power EM/IR analysis and are eager to contribute to innovative designs at Apple. Your background includes developing methodologies and flows for gate-level and transistor-level designs, showcasing your technical expertise in this specialized field. You possess a strong understanding of functional static and dynamic IR analysis, as well as scan mode IVD analysis. Your experience includes handling package and interposer models, conducting 3DIC and multi-die analysis, and performing power EM analysis. You are familiar with power switch modeling and design abstraction for EM/IR purposes, which allows you to contribute effectively to IP and SoC level EMIR sign-off and ECO processes. Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to streamline and automate EM/IR flows, demonstrating your ownership of the entire process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of Apple's CAD Group, where you will develop custom EM/IR solutions that scale with accuracy and capacity challenges. You will collaborate with various design groups, including Physical-design, Circuit-design, Power, Package & System, and Technology, to support their designs and ensure they meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include functional static and dynamic IR analysis, as well as package and interposer model handling, which are critical to the success of the projects you will be involved in.

You will also be responsible for streamlining and automating the EM/IR flow, taking ownership of the entire process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your work will directly impact the development of next-generation Apple products, as you contribute to the methodologies and flows that define the design process.
