Who you are

You have a BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design. Your proven understanding of all aspects of Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design of PHYs, including TX, RX, Delay Locked Loops, Phase Interpolators, Delay Lines, and Duty Cycle Correctors, sets you apart. You are familiar with Basic SoC Architecture and HDL languages like Verilog, enabling you to collaborate effectively with the logic design team. Your solid understanding of Circuit Verification tools, including simulators and extraction tools, allows you to debug and optimize designs efficiently.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Layout Teams on the physical implementation of industry-leading PHY designs. Your attention to detail and extraordinary work ethic drive you to tackle challenges that no one has solved yet, making you an ideal fit for this role at Apple. What you'll do

As a Senior Electrical Engineer at Apple, you will be involved in all phases of high-performance PHY designs, from architectural concept to the delivery of the final GDS. You will lead the design efforts, ensuring that the PHY designs meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your role will require you to collaborate with Platform Architecture, Logic Designers, SIPI, Layout, DV, and Timing Teams, making a critical impact on delivering best-in-class PHY designs.

You will be responsible for conducting transistor-level Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Designs, ensuring that all designs are optimized for performance and manufacturability. Your expertise will guide the team in implementing innovative solutions that push the boundaries of technology. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their growth within the team.
