You have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams — your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, enabling your team to tackle complex challenges effectively. You possess a deep understanding of system reliability and have experience in managing teams that triage critical system-level issues across various platforms.

Your technical expertise allows you to mentor engineers in designing and developing advanced diagnostic systems — you are passionate about creating intelligent automation pipelines that enhance the reliability of operating systems. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with hardware and software teams to drive improvements in debuggability and automation workflows.

What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team focused on triaging kernel panics and critical system-level issues across all Apple platforms, including macOS, iOS, watchOS, and tvOS. You will be responsible for building and maintaining tools that analyze and classify system failures, ensuring that the reliability of Apple's operating systems meets the highest standards.

You will mentor your team to develop at-scale debug services and telemetry-based dashboards that monitor panic and crash triage services. Your role will involve collaborating with various engineering teams to champion improvements in panic data quality and automation of triage workflows, ultimately contributing to the vision of zero-iteration debugging.
