What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager for the Radar Platform, you will lead a global team responsible for a critical platform that supports product development and bug tracking across Apple. You will oversee the technical roadmap, ensuring that the platform meets high stability requirements while also delivering new features that align with Apple's growth.

You will conduct deep-dive design reviews and make architectural decisions that impact the entire Radar ecosystem. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams, including Radar Client Engineering, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. You will also engage with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.

Your leadership will be crucial in driving the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that enhance the Radar platform's capabilities.
