What you'll do
As an Event Planning and Budget Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Worldwide Events Team at Apple. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate various budget components, including managing systems and databases, overseeing purchase order processes, and handling vendor administration. You will work closely with the production services group to ensure that all logistical details are meticulously planned and executed. You will assist in the planning of events at the Steve Jobs Theater and Apple Park Observatory, contributing to the overall success of Apple's iconic events. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that every event aligns with Apple's brand values and delivers an exceptional experience for attendees. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all budgetary components are closed out and archived appropriately.
