Who you are
You have 5+ years of relevant experience within a Finance team, with a strong background in forecasting, fiscal planning, cost allocations, and core accounting principles. Your analytical capabilities are complemented by a deep understanding of cloud services and infrastructure platforms, particularly public cloud environments like AWS and GCP. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to navigate complex financial challenges.
Your experience includes at least 2 years working with cloud services and infrastructure platforms, where you've developed a keen insight into the financial implications of cloud investments. You are detail-oriented and possess strong financial acumen, allowing you to build detailed financial models that support strategic decision-making. You thrive in high-impact, cross-functional environments and are eager to grow your career within a leading technology company.
Desirable
Experience with private or on-prem environments is a plus, as is familiarity with advanced analytical tools and methodologies. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
As a Senior Cloud Analyst in the Infrastructure Finance organization, you will play a key role in building the financial foundation for Apple's internal cloud and infrastructure platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop detailed financial models that accurately reflect the costs and benefits of cloud investments. You will deliver insights that guide investment decisions, ensuring that financial strategies align with Apple's overall business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to understand the financial implications of cloud initiatives.
