You have 5+ years of proven experience in UI and front-end web engineering, demonstrating your ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly applications. Your experience includes developing applications that integrate frontend APIs with backend services, showcasing your understanding of both sides of the development process. You are adept at designing and building backend REST APIs to fetch data needed for frontend integration, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with team members and multi-functional teams to define solutions and estimate the scope of work required. Your ability to multi-task and support multiple concurrent projects is a testament to your organizational skills and dedication to delivering timely solutions.

Desirable

Experience with Apple's ecosystem or similar environments would be a plus, as would familiarity with the OSI model and other networking principles. You are always eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your work and the team's output.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join the Apple Information Systems and Technology group, contributing to the development and maintenance of a suite of web tools that support both internal and external partners. You will collaborate with various teams, including design, operations, QA, and business, to ensure that the applications you build meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Your responsibilities will include designing and managing systems, frameworks, and applications that countless Apple customers and employees rely on every day. You will engage with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions that keep pace with Apple's rapidly evolving product landscape.

You will also be responsible for building APIs that facilitate the authoring and distribution of the Apple product catalog, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the information they need.
