Who you are

You have 4+ years of relevant work experience in software development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies. Your expertise in Ruby on Rails is complemented by your knowledge of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal business partners and technology resources to deliver innovative solutions. Your problem-solving skills enable you to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues effectively, ensuring that applications run smoothly and efficiently.

You are detail-oriented and take pride in creating and modifying documentation for web applications and their integrations. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and technical execution. You are passionate about building tools that enhance user experiences and are eager to contribute to a team that values creativity and technical excellence.

Desirable

Experience with additional frameworks or languages is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing technologies. You are open to learning new skills and adapting to the evolving needs of the team. What you'll do

In your role as a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial part in the development and maintenance of Marcom's internal tools. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to performance, response times, and system limitations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of the marketing communications team, enabling them to execute world-class campaigns that reach millions of customers.

You will collaborate with internal business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. This involves working closely with database, system, and networking resources to ensure that all components of the applications function seamlessly together.
