Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in GPU, CPU, or SIMD architectures. Your excellent C/C++ programming skills enable you to create effective performance models, and you have a strong background in hardware performance modeling, analysis, and debugging. You thrive in collaborative environments and can work productively under aggressive product schedules, valuing the power of teamwork.
What you'll do
As a GPU Performance Modeling Engineer, you will be responsible for developing cycle-approximate performance models in close collaboration with architects and designers. Your role will involve analyzing performance results and proposing architectural and micro-architectural changes to enhance GPU efficiency. You will support the hardware team during model and design performance bring-up, ensuring that Apple products can handle complex tasks seamlessly and efficiently.
