Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in GPU design integration. Your expertise includes working with Verilog and System Verilog, and you are comfortable using scripting languages such as Python or Perl to enhance design processes. You understand the importance of detail in engineering and are committed to delivering high-performance, power-efficient GPU designs. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, IP, DV, SOC, DFT, and IMPL teams across multiple sites.

You possess knowledge of PPA optimization techniques and implementation flows, which enables you to contribute to the development of innovative methods for improving front-end design integration processes. Your experience with scalable designs, DFT insertion, logic equivalence checking, and linting ensures that you can maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in your work. You thrive in environments with aggressive schedules and are adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

What you'll do

As a Graphics FE Integration Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for the RTL integration, partitioning, design analysis, qualification, packaging, and delivery of GPU designs. You will run logic equivalence checks between designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Your role will involve ensuring implementation readiness through RTL linting, custom checks, and unit-level synthesis, which are critical for the success of the GPU integration process.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand and contribute to specifications for design units, ensuring that all aspects of the GPU design meet architectural parameters and physical constraints. Your innovative mindset will drive improvements in the front-end design integration process, allowing for more efficient workflows and higher quality outputs. You will also be expected to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

What we offer

At Apple, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology.
