You possess a deep understanding of marketing automation tools and customer journey orchestration, allowing you to create seamless multi-channel communications that resonate with users. Your ability to assess product and strategic objectives, along with platform capabilities and data needs, positions you as a subject matter expert in the field. You are self-driven and innovative, always looking for ways to enhance user experiences and drive growth for Apple’s media products and services.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop, test, and deploy customer journeys that align with Apple’s strategic goals. You will collaborate with growth marketing, product, engineering, and business teams to launch effective multi-channel communications, including notifications that engage millions of users globally. Your responsibilities will include optimizing performance through A/B testing, analyzing results, and iterating on strategies to improve user acquisition and retention.

You will be responsible for communicating operational plans, deliverables, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that projects are executed flawlessly.
