Who you are
You are a highly motivated Wireless Module Engineer with a strong background in RF design and product engineering. With at least 5 years of experience in wireless module development, you have a deep understanding of reliability engineering and yield analysis. Your expertise allows you to engage effectively across multiple technical domains, ensuring successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You possess strong leadership skills and are capable of driving discussions around RF architecture and specifications. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly makes you an effective liaison between internal engineering teams and external partners, such as Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test (OSAT) providers.
You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring compliance with internal specifications and procedures. Your analytical mindset enables you to conduct thorough yield analysis and reliability assessments, contributing to the overall success of wireless module projects.
Desirable
Experience with mass production ramp-up processes and familiarity with semiconductor assembly techniques would be advantageous. A background in supply chain management and system integration is also beneficial, as it enhances your ability to oversee the entire development lifecycle of wireless modules.
What you'll do
As a Wireless Module Engineer at Apple, you will lead the development of innovative wireless modules from the initial architecture phase through to mass production. You will initiate and guide early-phase discussions on RF architecture, ensuring that all specifications align with internal standards. Your role will involve collaborating with various engineering teams to define project requirements and timelines.
You will be responsible for conducting yield analysis and reliability testing, ensuring that the wireless modules meet the highest quality standards. Your technical expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting issues that arise during the development process, and you will work closely with OSAT partners to ensure compliance with all specifications.
