Who you are
You are a highly motivated Wireless Module Engineer with a strong background in RF design and product engineering. With experience in reliability engineering, you understand the complexities of wireless module development and are adept at yield analysis. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Your technical expertise allows you to engage deeply across multiple domains, ensuring that all aspects of wireless module development are addressed effectively.
Desirable
Experience with Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test (OSAT) processes is a plus, as is familiarity with manufacturing test protocols. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, ensuring that all specifications are met and that the final product is reliable and efficient.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of wireless modules from early architecture definition through to mass production ramp. You will initiate and lead discussions on RF architecture and specifications, ensuring compliance with internal standards. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal engineering teams and OSAT partners to drive the development process. You will also be responsible for conducting yield analysis and reliability assessments to ensure the highest quality of the wireless modules.
You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams involved in manufacturing, supply chain, and system integration. Your role will require you to manage the technical aspects of the project, ensuring that all milestones are met and that the project stays on track. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process, leveraging your technical expertise to find effective solutions.
