Who you are

You have a BSEE and at least 10 years of relevant experience in hardware engineering, particularly in analog and mixed-signal design. Your expertise in PLL/FLL and frequency synthesis architecture is well-established, and you are comfortable with both digital and analog approaches. You have hands-on experience with DCO/VCO design, including RO and LC, and are knowledgeable about fractional-N, SSC, spur, and jitter cancellation techniques. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy problem-solving with a team of like-minded professionals. Your passion for continual learning drives you to stay updated with the latest advancements in technology, and you are eager to make a substantial impact through your work.

Desirable

Experience with design tools relevant to frequency synthesis and analog design will be beneficial. A strong understanding of SOC/PHY designs and the ability to manage multiple projects within tight production schedules will set you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, innovative hard IPs that push the boundaries of technology. You will work closely with a team dedicated to crafting frequency synthesizers for a variety of applications, including Compute, SoC, SerDes, and Cellular technologies.
