What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and building the technology that fuels Apple’s devices. You will collaborate with design teams and tool vendors to improve power, performance, and area (PPA) metrics, ensuring that Apple products can seamlessly handle the tasks that make them beloved by millions. You will explore and enable new technology nodes, stdcells, and tools for design teams, actively working on developing internal methodologies that leverage your understanding of CAD algorithms and machine learning.

You will participate in cross-functional teams to tackle key physical design implementation flows, ensuring that all aspects of the design process are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. Your contributions will directly impact a wide range of chips used across Apple’s world-class products, making your work essential to the success of the Silicon Technologies group.
