What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing methodologies that enhance the design process for Apple's next-generation SoCs. You will collaborate closely with design teams to ensure that the tools and flows you create meet their needs and improve overall productivity. Your work will involve exploring new technology nodes and integrating them into existing design frameworks. You will also engage with tool vendors to optimize the performance of the tools used in the design process.

You will actively participate in cross-functional teams to tackle key physical design challenges, ensuring that the designs meet Apple's high standards for quality and performance. Your contributions will directly impact the chips used across Apple's world-class products, making your role critical to the success of the Silicon Technologies group. You will leverage your expertise in CAD algorithms and machine learning to develop innovative solutions that streamline the design process and enhance the capabilities of the design teams.
