Your expertise in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML tools like Cameo or similar is essential for this role. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate technical content to both technical and executive audiences. Your proactive approach allows you to recognize and address various stakeholder needs, ensuring best practices are identified and shared across the team.

You possess a high degree of knowledge in electrical design processes and are motivated by the opportunity to influence the integrity of the iPhone's electrical design throughout the product integration cycle. Your experience with complex systems enables you to encapsulate intricate designs into manageable models that drive high-value workflows. You are also open to international travel, which may be required for this position.

What you'll do

As a Senior Hardware System Modeling Engineer, you will own the creation and refinement of system electrical models that comprise components, behaviors, and interfaces. This work begins at the product concept stage and continues through to mass production, allowing you to have a significant impact on the design and functionality of the iPhone. You will identify and develop use-cases for these models, ensuring they provide value over time and enhance the overall design process.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, to ensure that the electrical models align with the overall product vision. Your role will involve preparing and presenting technical content to both working and executive levels, requiring you to distill complex information into understandable formats. You will also help identify and distribute best practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

In this position, you will be expected to proactively recognize and understand the various needs of stakeholders, ensuring that the electrical design process is efficient and effective.
