You have a deep knowledge of the legal field, particularly in intellectual property and patent litigation. Your experience includes formulating and driving legal strategies, and you possess excellent judgment and communication skills. You thrive in challenging environments and are passionate about innovation and legal excellence. You are a self-starter who can quickly learn and adapt to new legal practices and procedures. Your ability to manage risks and exposures effectively is a key strength, and you are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
What you'll do
As a member of Apple's IP litigation team, you will be directly engaged in formulating and driving strategy for patent litigation matters. You will provide counsel to internal clients, ensuring that all legal aspects are covered and that Appleβs high ethical standards are upheld. Your role will involve managing the day-to-day progress of patent cases, identifying strategic opportunities for resolution, and working closely with outside counsel when necessary. You will also be responsible for analyzing legal risks and exposures related to Apple's products and businesses globally, ensuring that the company is well-prepared to defend its intellectual property.
