You are a self-starter who can quickly learn and adapt to Apple's patent litigation docket and practices, identifying and managing risks and exposures effectively.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal clients to provide strategic legal counsel on patent litigation matters. Your ability to creatively apply your legal expertise to rare and often unexplored aspects of the law sets you apart. Desirable

Experience in formulating and driving litigation strategy is strongly preferred. You are comfortable working independently and can manage the day-to-day progress of patent cases while collaborating with outside counsel when necessary.

What you'll do

As a member of Apple's IP litigation team, you will be directly engaged in formulating and driving strategy for patent litigation. You will provide counsel to internal clients on various patent litigation matters, ensuring that all legal aspects are thoroughly addressed. Your role will involve identifying strategic opportunities for resolution and managing risks associated with patent cases.

You will not merely monitor outside counsel but will actively participate in the litigation process, leveraging your expertise to guide internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include analyzing complex legal issues, preparing legal documents, and representing Apple in patent litigation matters. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all legal strategies align with Apple's business objectives.
