What you'll do
In this role, you will advise on a broad spectrum of trademark matters, focusing on clearance, prosecution, and dispute resolution. You will manage a large global trademark docket, ensuring that all trademark-related activities align with Apple's strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough trademark searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, and handling oppositions and cancellations.
