What you'll do

In this role, you will join the Maps Engineering Team at Apple, where you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models that enhance the functionality of Apple Maps. You will collaborate with engineers and scientists to create innovative solutions that improve user experiences, whether it's optimizing routing algorithms or enhancing location-based services. Your work will directly impact how millions of users interact with Apple Maps every day.

You will be involved in the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and evaluation. You will design experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance, ensuring that the solutions you develop are both effective and scalable. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of existing models and processes, leveraging feedback and performance metrics to drive enhancements.
